CHETAN PUBLIC SCHOOL

On 2 October 2026, Chetan Public School Smart Campus (ICSE) organised the Swachhata Hi Seva campaign to promote cleanliness, hygiene, and responsible civic practices in the community.

The programme began with a floral tribute to Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri, marking their birth anniversaries. Principal, Mr.Prashanth Belinja addressed the gathering and shared a message on making meaningful use of holidays by contributing to the community and supporting those in need.

As part of the campaign, students participated in a cleanliness drive and carried banners highlighting the importance of keeping public spaces clean and avoiding littering and tobacco use. The Principal, along with the teaching and non-teaching staff, joined hands to clean the surrounding areas.

As part of the school’s #SwachhataChetanSmartCampus initiative, parents were invited to encourage children to participate in cleanliness activities in and around their neighbourhoods and share photographs through the designated form. The initiative received a positive response, with several students volunteering and contributing to the cleanliness campaign in their localities.
