CHETAN PUBLIC SCHOOL

As a parent, there is nothing more reassuring than seeing your child genuinely happy to go to school. When I look back at my son’s journey at Chetan Public School – Smart Campus, I feel that we have witnessed something truly special.

Interestingly, my son’s first attraction to the school was not the classrooms, books or activities—it was the big, cute Chetan Kid poster on the main building! He absolutely loved it. That little moment perhaps marked the beginning of a beautiful association with his school.

From his very first day, he has enjoyed coming to Chetan. I still remember his first day of school and the excitement on his face when he got to ride the toy train. It was such a simple yet joyful experience, but it made his first day memorable and helped him feel comfortable in a new environment.

One of the things I appreciate most about the school is the personal relationship teachers build with each child. It is wonderful to see how teachers understand their students individually and make them feel valued and cared for. My son, in particular, is completely head over heels for his class teacher. The affection and connection he shares with her are truly heartwarming to see.

Before joining Chetan, my son had attended other schools, and going to school was often something he was reluctant to do. Today, however, the change is remarkable. He comes home excited to tell us about his day and, most importantly, looks forward to going back the next day. For a parent, that happiness is priceless.

I have also noticed a tremendous improvement in his communication skills. His confidence in expressing himself has grown by leaps and bounds, and he is now much more comfortable speaking and communicating. To me, this reflects how comfortable, confident and happy he has become. A happy child learns better, expresses better and, most importantly, enjoys learning.

Another wonderful addition to his learning journey has been his introduction to the world of chess. Chess has made him more inquisitive and has encouraged him to think logically, patiently and strategically. It is fascinating to see how an activity can quietly shape a child’s way of thinking.

I also deeply appreciate the opportunities the school provides for children to showcase their talents. Every child is given a chance to participate and shine. What touched me particularly was that even participation in the talent show was recognised with a certificate. It may seem like a small gesture, but for a child, being recognised for participation can be a huge confidence booster. It teaches them that trying, participating and having the courage to come forward are achievements in themselves.

The way the school celebrates events is another aspect I truly admire. Every occasion is celebrated with enthusiasm and grandeur, while ensuring that every student gets an opportunity to be a part of it. Seeing children participate equally and without partiality creates a wonderful sense of belonging and makes every child feel special.

As a parent, I believe that education is not limited to textbooks, examinations and grades. It is also about creating an environment where a child feels safe, valued, confident, curious and happy. And that is what I feel Chetan Public School – Smart Campus is providing for my son.

When I see the child he is becoming today, I feel immensely grateful. He is more expressive, more confident, more curious and, above all, genuinely happy.

My child is blooming into a beautiful flower, and I feel privileged to watch him bloom under the care, guidance and encouragement of Chetan Public School – Smart Campus, Hubballi.
